A Return and Refund policy usually consists of:

• Terms of return (A customer must have a receipt and the product must be returned within 24 hours of purchase.)
• State of return (Only for burnt or broken product such as Delta and Vapes.)
• Reason for return (e.g. damaged, burnt, or broken products.)
• Process for return (You can come into the store at anytime within our policy to initiate a return. Our options are either to switch out the product for the same kind. Or we can refund you the payment.)
• Process of refund (We must refund the payment in the same manner in which it was paid. A customer should bring the same form of payment in order to be refunded. Card refunds can take up to 2-3 business days.)
